2. Send me a message with the following information:
- Your full name, contact number, and complete address (where the item/s will be shipped to).
- The name, color, size, and quantity of the item(s) you want. Please indicate whether the item is from Natasha or MSE.
- I have a no return, no exchange policy so please make sure of the sizes before you order. You may refer to the "Size charts" tab for guidance, or give me your measurements so we can find the size that will best fit you before I ship your item.
- Please also ensure that all information (including spelling) are correct.
- For items in stock, I will confirm if the items are sold to you. (First to message/reply is first served.) Proceed to step 6.
- For items for ordering, I will check the availability of your items in the branch I get my stocks from, and inform you ASAP. Proceed to step 4.
- If your order includes the following items: panties, briefs, or socks from Natasha, the same plus bras, infant items, raincoats, Miles, Willis, household products, MSE Home items, appliances, Unilever, Pascual Lab, or ATC products from MSE, please proceed with payment (step 6).
- If your order does not include the above items, you may choose to proceed with payment (step 6), or wait until I have your items on hand before sending payment (proceed to step 5).
6. PAYMENT. Payment includes the price of the item, plus the shipping fee. I will let you know the details you need to send me payment. Please do not try to send me money before I give the go signal.
- Once I give the go signal, you have up to 3 days to send your payment. For items requiring payment before pick-up - orders including items detailed above - you must send your payment before my scheduled pick-up day.
- When sending payment, please double-check the spelling of the name and/or the account number to make sure it is correct.
- Current accepted payment methods: Smart Money/Smart Padala, ML Kwarta Padala, Cebuana Pera Padala, LBC, and Western Union. Bank deposit to BPI, BDO, and Unionbank are also accepted. These money transfer services (and banks) charge varying fees. You may visit their websites or inquire at the nearest branch before choosing your preferred method.
8. SHIPMENT. Shipping of items will be done after I receive your payment. I will provide you with the tracking number immediately.
- Current couriers: JRS Express, and Xend. (These are my preferred couriers, but you may also choose among: LBC, DHL/WWWExpress, Air21, or 2GO. Note that the different couriers have different rates. You may visit their websites or visit their nearest branch for more info.)
- JRS Express offers Domestic Express (next-day delivery) and Ordinary Delivery (3-4 working days). See rates here: http://www.jrs-express.com/05/services.htm
- Xend offers Next Day delivery within Metro Manila and 1-3 business days' delivery to provincial destinations in the Philippines (coursed through LBC or 2GO). See rates here: http://www.xend.com.ph/DomesticRates.aspx
- Notes on liquid items: JRS Express has informed me that they have a 100ml limit for colognes/perfumes, especially for deliveries outside of Luzon, which will require air shipment. So please be advised. Meanwhile, Xend's limit is five (5) items in a pouch, no limit on volume.
- Please also note: moi's petite boutique will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your item during transport. Items are in good condition before they are handed over to the courier.
- Free shipping may only be considered for orders amounting to P1500 and above.
